The phone lines will open at 8:00 am each morning, Monday to Friday, and close 6:30pm. The receptionist will ask you for brief details of your condition and a GP or Health Care Professional will assess your problem and will either phone you back or will ask the receptionist to make you an appointment to attend the practice.

You can request online appointments via the NHS app.
Prescriptions can be ordered through the app or by telephone or by posting the prescription in the box outside the waiting room.
We will send your prescriptions electronically to your preferred (nominated pharmacy). If you do not have a nominated pharmacy the receptionist will assist you to do this.
Please don’t over order and try to stockpile your medication.
