From time to time, there are shortages in availabiltiy of certain medications. This can be made worse by people stockpiling medication or asking too early for a refill. GPs have no control over these matters, so patients calling and getting cross with admin staff because of shortages or postal strikes will not resolve these issues.

Boots chemist have produced an app where you can put in the medicaiton you require and, it shows you where it might be in stock. This gives you an alternative search beyond the two local chemists in Lutterworth. We can’t promise that your search will be successful but it’s worth giving it a try.
