Notice to Patients: Our Check-In System Is Changing
After 23 years, our original patient check-in system has reached the end of its life and is now being replaced.
From now on, when you arrive for your appointment, please use the electronic check-in screen in reception. This allows you to let our computer system know that you have arrived, so your clinician will be able to see that you are waiting.
We hope this new system will reduce the need to queue at the reception desk and make your arrival quicker and more convenient.
If you have any difficulty using the check-in screen, please don’t worry—our reception team will be happy to help you.
